First Responders
First Responders First is a website with resources and information for first responders experiencing symptoms of PTSD.
Boots on the Ground is an Ontario-based help line where first responders can access confidential peer support.
Badge of Life Canada has crisis resources and peer support meetings for first responders.
Military
Military Family Services offers a wide range of services to active military personnel, veterans, and their families. These include but are not limited to medical, social, recreational, financial, educational and employment services.
Veterans Affairs Canada offers a wide range of services to veterans, and their families. These include but are not limited to medical, social, recreational, financial, educational and employment services.
True Patriot Love provides grants to enhance service and program delivery, build capacity, and support members and veterans of the Canadian Forces.
Vets Canada – Veterans Emergency Transition Services provides temporary housing, assistance with finding permanent housing, furniture and household items, and clothing, utility bill payments, eviction prevention, and food support.
Military & First Responders
Wounded Warrior Project provides a range of clinically mental health programs specifically developed to support the unique needs of veterans, first responders and their families.
National Service Dogs is a national provider of therapy dogs for PTSD
