Community Addiction Services of Niagara (CASON) offers outpatient treatment to residents of Niagara Region.
Aboriginal Health Centre offers peer support, counseling, and medical services to members of Niagara and Hamilton’s Indigenous community.
Niagara Health offers a wide variety of addiction and mental health services.
Segue Clinics provides medication-assisted treatment for opioid addictions.

Homewood is a residential treatment facility in Guelph, Ontario. Homewood has both publicly- and privately-funded treatment options.
EHN is a group of residential treatment facilities with locations across Canada. They have both publicly- and privately-funded treatment options.
Portage is a residential treatment facility for adolescents 14-18 years old.
Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre is a residential treatment facility for adolescents 13-21 years old.
Recovery and Support Groups
SMART Recovery is a recovery group based in the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy.
Alcoholics Anonymous Niagara offers group meetings to provide support in a 12-step program.
Narcotics Anonymous Niagara offers group meetings to provide support in a 12-step program.
Al-Anon / Alateen offers online and in-person meetings, providing fellowship and support to the friends and family members of people experiencing alcoholism.
