Housing Supports

The following agencies offer housing support to those in Ontario.

Adult and Youth Housing

Niagara Regional Housing is Niagara’s municipal subsidized housing corporation.

Housing Help Centre at Community Care provides services for people looking for housing, and trying to retain their housing.

Gillian’s Place, St. Catharines provides outreach counseling, legal advice, and transitional housing for women, children, and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals experiencing domestic violence.

Women’s Place of South Niagara provides safe shelter and counseling for women, with or without children, experiencing domestic violence.

Abbey House/Homeward Bound – Niagara Regional Native Centre provides supportive housing to Indigenous women, with or without children, who are experiencing crisis.

Safe Beds provides short term housing for individuals experiencing mental health crises

Salvation Army Booth Centre  (905) 684 – 7813. Provides emergency shelter to men experiencing homelessness.

Youth-Specific Resources

The RAFT (St. Catharines) provides shelter and support services to youth experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness.

Nightlight (Niagara Falls) provides shelter and support services to youth experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness.
